New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUAI), formerly New Era Helium, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEHC), has rebranded to align its identity with an expanded strategic focus on delivering integrated infrastructure across energy, power, and digital compute. While the name and ticker have evolved to align with this direction, the Company’s leadership, core values, and long-term growth commitment remain unchanged.

Who We Are

New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. is a developer and operator of next generation digital infrastructure and integrated power assets. Our platform is engineered to meet the growing power demands of AI training, inference, cloud, digital asset mining, and other compute-intensive workloads, offering energy resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency. With a powered land and powered shell strategy, we deliver turnkey solutions that enable hyperscale, enterprise, and edge operators to accelerate deployment and optimize cost.

Our Mission & Vision

At New Era Energy & Digital, Inc., our vision and mission is to power and enable scalable, energy-resilient data centers supporting AI, high-performance computing (HPC), cloud, and enterprise workloads delivering long-term value at the intersection of energy and innovation. Anchored in natural gas and evolving toward renewable alternatives, we are building a portfolio of multi-hundred-megawatt campuses designed to accelerate deployment, reduce total cost of ownership, and support the next generation of digital growth.

Sites

We source and prepare sites near critical utilities, managing the complex process of permitting, grid interconnections, utility access, disposal solutions, and procurement of power generation and electrical equipment. Our development-ready locations or powered land assets are ideal for digital infrastructure operators looking to bring their own facility designs. For select projects, we take the extra step of delivering powered shells including pre-designed buildings engineered to maximize the site’s energy and environmental advantages, allowing for faster, more cost-effective deployment.

Power

We are technology agnostic and committed to delivering the most effective energy solutions tailored to each site. Our model currently supports available sources including grid power with hydrocarbons (gas, coal) or low/no carbon alternatives (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, fuel cells, carbon capture) as well as micro-grids (turbines, engines, fuel cells), load balancing systems (battery storage, micro-grids, virtual power plants), and other hybrid configurations.

Looking ahead, we’re positioned to incorporate emerging technologies such as small modular nuclear reactors, hydrogen, and other innovations as they become commercially viable. As demand grows and technology evolves, our energy strategy will continue to expand to support a more diversified and sustainable power mix.
