Mr. Gray is a founding partner and current Chief Executive Officer of New Era Helium. Mr. Gray has extensive C-Level experience in Oil & Gas, including Executive Vice President of Resaca Exploitation (a Torch portfolio company), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Border Resources, Chief Executive Officer of Dala Petroleum, and President of WS Oil and Gas. Since 2005, Mr. Gray has directly operated 950+ wells located in New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Outside of the energy sector, Mr. Gray has a passion for volunteering. He currently serves as a trustee and investment committee member for the Texas State University Development Foundation, which supports and furthers the mission of Texas State University through the acceptance and investment of gifts established as endowments benefiting the students, faculty, and staff. Past board involvements include the United Way – Midland, TX.

Will received his B.S. in Business Management from Texas State University in 1998, and he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Golf Team, earning Southland Conference All-Academic Honors. Will was born and raised in the Permian Basin, graduating from Midland Senior High School in 1993.

Peter (“P.J.”) Lee is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EverStream Energy Capital Management, a global investment firm focused on sustainable energy and digital infrastructure. Since 2012, he has raised funds, sourced and managed investments, and co-founded platforms including TerraForm Power, TerraForm Global, Pacific Solar, Enfinity Global, and a 700 MW Bitcoin data center venture. He currently advises and serves on the boards of Engineered Products and PDU Cables, supporting the data center industry. Mr. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Union College and has previously held leadership roles at Black River (Cargill), CE Unterberg Towbin, Robertson Stephens, and Chase Manhattan.

Trent Yang is a recognized leader in renewable energy, with nearly two decades of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and executive in sustainability. He was Co-Founder and President of Galway Sustainable Capital from 2020 to 2025, where he helped raise nearly $700M in institutional capital and co-led investments across clean energy, green infrastructure, sustainable mobility, and advanced recycling. Previously, he oversaw sustainability and international private equity investments at AMG National Trust and played key roles in building several billion-dollar companies. Mr. Yang holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and multiple M.S. degrees from MIT, where he focused on climate and economics, machine learning control systems, and entrepreneurship.

Ondrej Sestak is Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at ZeroSix LLC, where he leads the development of carbon credit solutions focused on environmental optimization in the oil and gas sector. He also serves as a Reservoir Engineer with Aurivos Permian and ARB Energy Utah, COO of GLT Trading - an international commodities firm - and Project Manager at Five Star Clean Fuels. Mr. Sestak has over a decade of technical experience across the resource industry, including previous roles at Shell and INEXS, and has worked on projects involving Helium, blue hydrogen, EOR, and carbon capture. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Energy Resource Engineering from Stanford University.
