Our flagship project, Texas Critical Data Centers, LLC (TCDC), in partnership with Sharon AI, Inc. is a large-scale AI and high-performance computing (HPC) campus currently under development in Ector County, Texas. Designed to scale in excess of 1 gigawat (GW) of capacity, TCDC is engineered to meet the rapidly growing demand for AI, GPU, and HPC infrastructure.

Located in one of the US' emerging AI corridors, TCDC will deliver high-efficiency compute infrastructure that combines speed, resilience, and sustainability.

Purpose-Built for the Future of Compute

TCDC integrates advanced energy systems, high-efficiency cooling, and the potential for carbon capture and storage (CCUS) to minimize environmental impact while maximizing performance. The facility is designed with the potential for advanced carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), and is supported by on-site natural gas-fired power generation, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Prime Location

The secured site spans 235 acres, with an option to acquire an additional 203 acres, just outside the City of Odessa in Ector County, Texas. Its strategic location provides direct access to:

  • Multiple large intrastate natural gas transmission lines
  • High-capacity fiber optic networks
  • Close proximity to two large combined cycle power plants

This positioning reduces transmission costs, enhances power reliability, and accelerates deployment timelines.

Setting a New Standard in Sustainable Digital Infrastructure

TCDC is designed to serve the needs of next-generation workloads with high-density computing. By pairing our natural gas and digital infrastructure expertise with industry-leading technology partnerships, we are building a scalable, resilient, and environmentally responsible platform for the AI and HPC era.
