About us
The Future of Data Center Infrastructure is Modular
Data centers don't have to be slow and expensive to build. New Era is proving there's a better way with modular, scalable infrastructure that meets the world's growing energy demands.
The Founding Insight
We're not building another data center company. We're building infrastructure for the next era of computing—modular, fast, and purpose-built for the future.

Our Core Pillars
Everything we build is grounded in these three foundational principles.
Do the Right Thing
We build where it matters. Every data center we deploy is an investment in the communities around it — supporting local infrastructure, creating opportunity, and powering a better tomorrow.
Take the Hill
Speed isn't just an advantage — it's the strategy. We move fast, make decisions with conviction, and bring capacity online before the market catches up.
Skate to Where the Puck is Going
The future of data infrastructure isn't waiting. We design for what's next — anticipating demand, evolving our technology, and staying ahead so our customers don't have to.
“Our TCDC campus represents a generational opportunity. Power is the constraint of the AI era, and New Era controls it. Additionally, we’ve built a leadership team with experience running the most demanding critical infrastructure in the world, from nuclear plants to hyperscale campuses.”
